Back Workout 1: Simple Traditional
Covering the basics of weight training for your back. Every weight trainer should know these movements. Build strength and mass with Deadlifts and Pull ups. Then thickness with cable rows finished with lat pull downs for width.
Tempo for all movements should be slow and controlled, around 1-2 seconds up and 2-4 seconds downward.
Deadlift, 3-4 sets, 8-12 reps
Pull ups, 3-4 sets,1-12 reps
Cable Row, 3-4 sets, 8-12 reps
Lat Pull Down, 3-4 sets, 8-12 reps
