The G.L.T. Program (Get fit, Lose fat, Tone up) is a 6 week training and nutrition program. Every day we send to you via the app exercises and nutrition strategies to guide you to success. The programs are created by us in our gym; local knowledge and local people. Workouts are backed up by video instruction and our online or in person coaching team.
Workouts vary throughout the weeks, combining guided strength training and cardio plans. The workouts don’t have to be performed at Aspyre Fitness you can do them at another gym if you like. Some of them can even be done at home.

The workout week is designed around Monday to Sunday. Day One is the Sunday with some set up guidelines and workouts starting Monday.
We will send you new workout ideas daily focused towards Getting Fit, Losing weight and Toning up along with nutritional guidance.
We know that exercise can be a challenge but hey no challenge = no change right.
Fitness is a cumulative result of workouts, for that reason the workouts get more dynamic over time.
Although the program is based on 7 days per week that doesn’t mean you have to do every day to get results. If you can complete 3-4 workouts per week you should be well on your way.
Sometimes they are using the weights in the gym, sometimes its a cardio workout using machines other times we recommend doing a group fitness class either live in the gym or the in your living room which is all included in your free gym membership.
