We have been working on this new program for months. Designed and created by and unique to Aspyre Fitness.
A 50 minute hybrid program. After a brief warm up the class is split into 3 sections, with 2 coaches on the floor to guide you to your best workout. 3:30 minute rounds x 9 rounds and a cool down. The classes vary twice each week so you will never get bored.
Designed from the ground up to burn the maximum possible calories: up to 1000 calories per class. Don't let that scare you though. The class is incredibly scalable to your level.
This is a premium program that does require you to book as maximum capacity is 15.
Aspyre Fitness members get this program at a discount. A single class is $7.50 saving $10 off the non member rate. You can also buy a pack of 10 and get 2 for free.
